Designs must be original; plagiarism leads to disqualification.
Participants must submit their designs within the specified timeframe.
Judging Criteria is based on Creativity, technique, theme interpretation, and overall aesthetic appeal.
Any form of plagiarism will result in immediate disqualification.
Complete face painting within allotted time.
If participants are painting on someone else's face (model), they must ensure that the model has given their consent to participate in the competition and have their face painted.
Decisions made by the judges and organizers will be final and binding.
Participants are expected to conduct themselves with respect and sportsmanship throughout the competition.
